GoPricing API: Enable get trait weights

1. Added endpoint Get trait weights by collection, now you can get all the trait weights of a collection.
2. For Get estimated price and Get estimated price(bulk), added query parameter 'with_weights', you can choose whether to return trait weights when querying.
